O2 Upgrade :mad:

Has anybody else had this problem, I rang their customer loaylty team and managed to get double mins and texts for 6 months & £135 cashback + a phone upgrade to a Samsung D600. I did this last Thursday and was told the phone would be 1-2 days....I am still waiting :mad:

I know they have them in stock as I rang thier sales line and they had them in stock, I rang the loyalty team who said my phone was on back order, when I told him I knew they were in stock he said they would be shipped to new customers first !
I feel a bit cheated ! How long will I have to wait...days...weeks..?

I've spoken to them about this fone - they don't seem to be able to give definite delivery times - let alone 'do a deal'

How come you got this offer - was it a special, or advertised anywhere??

& whats the tariff - be handy for me to be able to see what they eventually offer!!

PS Actually saw fone in the flesh (neat) in Fones4u - £35/month no other deal, except double mins initially, as standard offer.
