BR date booked!!

Hey everyone!!

Woohooo, I have my BR date booked!! Just got off the phone to the court.. 8th July at 11am!!!

I feel giddy I'm so excited.. yet also rather scared! I just hope I get a nice OR..

Other than the petition and money, is there anything else I need to bring to court that morning?

I cannot wait to be debt free!!

Nope .. just 3 copies of the petition and the fee.

Might be worth taking a book and a bit of change for a drinks machine as you may be waiting a while (depends how busy the court is)

Also have you already opened a BR friendly account? If not you'll need to take ID etc if you're planning to open one after court.

Hi bubblegumm!

No, you don't need anything else, but don't forget to take some refreshments in case you are there for a while. We were told to go away for a short time whilst the clerk faxed through our details to the OR. Ended up buying a drink and something to eat!

Don't forget to take something to read. Glossy magazines are all very well but you could be waiting a couple of hours.....so they could pall a bit!!!
