New build sold for HA and reservation cancelled

My friend tells me in her local paper a new build area of apartments has been bought as a job lot and those with reservations - just the one I think - have been let down and had their purchase cancelled. It is starting outside of the city centres now. Hopefully the young couple will find a bargain elsewhere and lots more HA can only be good for our less well paid youngsters.
