Low LTV Mortgage

Hi,

Does anyone one know of any low ltv mortgages out there? We only need 35% ltv, hence hoping we can find a low interest rate.

Ideally fixed, as worried about more increases in interest rates

There are low LTV mortgage out there

Different lenders have different tiers for their rates

Being as low as 35% (assuming the property value is spot on) will mean you will have the pick of the bunch

Also, watch out for arrangement fees. Depending on the actual mortgage amount, you will need to work out whether a low rate high fee mortgage would be better than a higher rate and lower fee

Normal warnings here of your income being sufficient to support mortgage and any other debts etc
