    without any supporting info there is no best fixed rate as any or none could be suitable for your circumstances
  • Do you want to pay mortgage arrangement fee? Valuation? Or all included?

    How many years?

    Amount? Some have minimum requirements that are higher than others

    Good credit / Bad Credit?

    Would like to have fees and valuation included, if possible.

    Term: 25 years, amount £167,000. Good credit.

    probably A&L @ 4.19%, but if your income multiple is low, you could look at Portman.

    But if I were you I'd wait till next month to see if the MPC cut rates before Xmas.
