ive had a phone call from d&g solictors to make payment on a hsbc debt .the debt has been with mcs and ive been paying ,am waiting to go on a dmp with cccs they said if i dont keep up payments on this debt they will put a charging order on the property ,am also got a claim for bank charges against hsbc i thought a they couldnt enfore the debt while i trying to claim .please someone advice me
