Step 7, Outgoings on the online BR form

Can I just check something, I think I may have filled this in wrong!!!:confused:

When completing your outgoings do you put "Your Contribution to a particular outgoing?"

For example our rent is £306.28. So shoudl I put that figure or half of it as i pay 50/50 with my partner??

I thought you put the full amount and then put in your partners "contribution" in the incoming section? (section 6.7 i think)
not 100% though as I live alone.

    No probs...

For court you generally need 3 copies of forms 6.27 and 6.28 (not sure how it works if you submit them online though... do you still need three copies?? )

Hi shadow. The online forms once you submit them are divided into both 6.27 and 6.28.

when you click submit you get the opportunity to review these before you have them locked away. It gives you the chance to view as a web page or as a pdf. I chose pdf as it allowed me to save it on my pc before printing so i've got the original draft there too. i did this a few times as i noticed a couple of obvious mistakes once i had it drafted online so changed it then finalised it all.

Once you click to finalise it or something like that it produces a final copy for printing, again save this pdf as the same name as before and it overwrites it so you have the final copy for ever and ever and ever...lol..if you choose to read it again.

With regards the copies, Ring the court, Newcastle court only needed me to take one copy which i printed out and signed in court and did the affadavit thingy too..Saves you the time and more importantly ink in printing.. Just one quick phone call to the insolvency department at your local court will tell you exactly what is needed..i also rang to make sure they had me booked down for the day and time i thought (just incase i hadnt removed the cotton wool intime from hearing from all the creditors)!!

LOL...Do you know im an alcoholic then?? LMAO... Im sure it'll all be fine...i must admit i was weird clicking submit the first time etc...i was thinking her it goes...all or nothing but i found that once i clicked it and could click cancel to go back etc.. You will find that when you click cancel and then ammend and go back to submitting it will save a new copy of the report. just make sure you name this the same each time so it overwrites the previous version so that you have the most recent one on you machine incase you need to refer back to it.

I was worried incase i was going to run out of ink or paper or some other prob so i made sure i had the pdf copy saved just in case.

    Afternoon shadow.

    Quest 7.1

You put totals as they are,so if your rent is as aboue you would put £306 round it to the nearest pound.Do it also for h/k,water,gas/elect,telephone and CT. Then for travel/ess journeys, clothing you put your own expenditure. In the box at the bottom you put things like tv licence, heath, pets, hairdressing, holidays(your contribution).
Thats how i did mine anyway and nothing was said.

    Hope that helps.D

Oh I know what you mean! I have no income, so I have to put all OH's contributions down on the SoA as he pays for everything.
