Phone repair - help please
got a contract k700i with phones4u about 4 months ago. Now the camera bit is not taking pics as well, quality is really poor and also connection to comp is dodgy.
Help please, what are my rights and do i have to accept a repair? I am paying £30 pm contract so if i have to send phone away i will lose money.
Will have to phone them tomorrow as they are not open sunday so all help gratefully appreciated. I'd love a replacement phone instead of a repair but dont think they will do that?
Thanks as always

If they do give you a replacement phone it may be reconditioned (ie. someone else's (hopefully) fixed return). So, I would insist on them fixing yours.Destiny33 wrote:Will have to phone them tomorrow as they are not open sunday so all help gratefully appreciated.
