Argos Card

Hi there all,

In Argos, they have two options for cards. Their regular "Argos Card" and their "Argos MasterCard". I am asking about the regular card, but didnt know where to ask, so put it in here. Hope that is ok.

To the point.

The Argos Card says that if you spend xx amount you dont have to pay it off for xx amount of time or can have xx 0% interest to pay it off. Does this mean on single items, that have the option in the catalogue? Or does it mean that if you buy, say, £1000 worth of stuff, it can all be used in their 12 months 0% interest (or whatever option)?

Id like to know because if it works cumulatively, that'd be brilliant for me to buy things we need. If it doesnt, then it isnt worth getting, I can just save up myself, by other means.

Thanks for any help/insight into this :)

(I have looked at the small print in the book and online and couldnt find the answer. If Ive just missed it, I apologise. I did try and find out.)

I think it can be used cumulatively. (though I could be wrong, that doesnt help lol)

Do a test order online, add everything to basket and go through to the payment stage, select argos card and see what no of interest free options it gives.

I remember buying about 6 lower priced items and getting 9mths 0% but it was a few years back.

Just make sure you pay it off in time, hefty interest added on!

    Thanks!

I shall go and try that now and see what it does.

Oooh, it does work that way! Thank you, I never thought of doing it that way. It seems that as long as you have something that qualifies for the "12/24 0% interest payments" it will include everything in that offer. Including delivery! haha

Again, thank you very much :)
