Paypal EZECHARGE

I am an occasional user of ebay/paypal so please excuse me if this question is obvious to the majority of you out there.

My mastercard statement is showing a debit of £10.94 with the description PAYPAL EZECHARGE. Can anyone explain what this is for as we haven't used either paypal or ebay for quite a while. Thanks in advance.

Paypal is used by many online sellers as their checkout system so you have probably bought something or signed up for a service without realising you were paying by paypal.
