Regarded as the largest military vehicle spectacle in the world, the War and Peace Show encompasses some 4,000 military vehicles with an impressive 100,000 visitors from all corners of the globe.
The 2008 War and Peace Show takes place from July 16-20 and the event will be one to remember!
The five-day experience is a must for military enthusiasts as well as those with a passion for the 1940s or fast and furious vehicle action. Each day will see the beasts of battle come to life with battles and re-enactments in the purpose-built tank arena and living history displays depicting life during conflicts including WWII and the Falklands.
The softer side of War and Peace includes the delightful 40s styles, with fashion shows and shopping.
In the evenings, the marquee is home to the sounds of swing. The Jive Aces return on July 18 for An Evening with the Jive Aces and on July 19, the organisers are delighted to announce a music event featuring Bill Baker's Big Band.
They have teamed up with the Hop Farm to offer five star prize-winners a pair of tickets to An evening with the Jive Aces, a Jive Aces CD and the opportunity to take part in an exclusive hour-long jive lesson with Paul Crook and Natasha Hall of BBC's Strictly Dance Fever.
