Password resetting help

Hi,

I need some help resetting my ebay password (which I have forgotten)

I do the standard, Username. security questions and then the link that gets sent to my e-mail address.

Now when I choose my new password it says that the session has timed out and the password was not reset.

It then asks me to put in my old! password (cant remeber it) and then give a new password and verify the new one.

I cant do this, as I dont know the old one.

Ebay will let me access my account at this stage (even though I have no new password) but when I want to bid, I have to sign in again.

I try the password I gave as a new one but that is incorrect.

Now I am totally baffled. Maybe I have not done something correctly.

But I need help.

p.s there is one password (always the same one ) that when I enter it on the normal signing in screen it always asks me to verify some numbers and to either choose a new password now or later.

when I do this it still doesnt let me in.

AAAAARRRRRRRRGGGGGGGGGHhhhhhhhhhhh!!!!
