non performing seller ( her not me)

I bought an item on the 29th May. Each day the seller emailed me to say they would post it that day, then said there would be a delay. This went on with several messages every day it would be posted on such and such day then not.So today I filed an item not received to hurry them up. Then the nasty emails moaning about they had kept me informed etc etc. I raised it to a dispute with paypal to either get my item or my money back so she has eventually refunded. Now my ebay is saying item to pay. So what do I do now? Can she still leave feedback for me:confused: or me for her Is she TSFE or maybe I am as well as too old for ebay :rotfl: ps the item was small enough to go in a post box and she was posting out others by her feedback so she obviously wanted more money for it.Her posting is 3.9 so I should have been warned by that.

3.9 stars is terrible, most sellers manage to stay around the 4.4-4.7 mark routinely.

However, sellers can now only leave a positive, so you have no worry about a neg or a neutral, you however are able to leave whatever feedback you think fit and as you had to take this all the way to a paypal refund I would suggest that you consider a non positive.

You bought and paid for an item

The seller failed to supply & deliver that item

You were given a full refund.

What do you want/expect to happen now?

With regards feedback, yes the seller still has the option to leave feedback, but as the only feedback option available to the seller is to leave a positive one, I would suggest you don't hold your breath waiting for it.

No I was not asking if I would receive a postitive. I wondered if I could leave feedback as I had had a refund.so in theory the sale had been nulled if you follow what I mean.

There is a chance she could try it on and open an unpaid item dispute in the hope you will not respond. This would then remove any feedback you left for her. If she does open one just provide the Paypal transaction reference in the dispute console.

Make sure you log onto eBay at least weekly for a while to see if a dispute has been opened so you can respond in time.
