If the annual percentage is 36% how can I calculate the monthly pecentage.
I have been told it is 3.65% per month, but cannot see how this sum was calculated.

the monthly interest rate equivalent to an APR of 36% is about 2.6% per month
the formulae is
monthly rate (as a decimal )
= (12th root of (1+apr) - 1) where apr is a decimal i.e 0.36EU tariff on agricultual product 12.2%
some dairy products 42.1% cloths 11.4%
