Any one using the MDA Compact AKA i-Mate JAM? Was about to order one from these guys: https://www.zeewee.co.uk. Looks like a nice little phone/pda combo..

yes i use a mda compact.

excellent device! you can do many things with this.
for example you can use it as an mp3 player, watch dvds converted onto a sd card excellent picture quality,it has windows media player, excell, word, msn messenger, full internet access with explorer via gprs or you can buy a wifi-sd card and use your wifi broadband conection from home,or anyones unsecured wifi network but thats a bit cheeky.

i also have tomtom sat nav installed on mine which is fantastic, you will need a bluetooth gps unit to go with it though, around £50 have a look on ebay.

the only downside on the mda is the speaker quality on the phone side of things, slight distortion at a loud volume setting and peoples voices sound slightly duffed.

have a look on the t-mobile site for it,you can get the phone unlocked for free as well at https://www.xda-developers.com
