1.Winner of the first prize will receive a TP Wooden Tower, winner of the second prize will receive a TP Activity Centre with spiro hop seesaw. 18 x runners-up will receive a variety of TP prizes retailing between £55 - £250. We reserve the right to substitute prizes for those of a similar value. 2.All competition entries must use this entry form available in store or at www.elc.co.uk All entries need to be handed in to a member of staff in store, or posted to ELC Marketing Department, Mothercare UK Ltd., Cherry Tree Road, Watford, Hertfordshire WD24 6SH. No photocopies accepted.
