Travel Insurance - I'm confused, please help!

Hi all
I want to buy an annual travel insurance policy, but am confused as to which sort to get, please can someone advise me.
There's myself and OH, 2 x children aged 13 and 17, and one child (well adult but he's still my child LOL) aged 20. Myself and OH go on trips by ourselves a couple of times of year, we take the two youngest on others a couple of times a year, then the 20 year old is coming on our August holiday. Should I buy family Europe, and just get a separate policy for and OH's trip to Egypt in March, or get couples and get a separate one for the holidays that the children come on, or what? I've looked at several sites but can't seem to get a grip of which policy would work best.
My head is spinning cos I can't take it all in

You're going to have to trawl through all the options, but I have a hunch that the best way will be for an annual family policy for the four of you and a separate single trip policy for the eldest child (unless he has other holidays to take). Watch in case the annual policy only includes the policy holder and their travelling companions, and if this is the case take it out in your OH's name so he is covered for the Egypt trip. Check and double check, but Europe on travel insurance policies quite often includes countries with a Mediteranian coastline (with exclusions for Algeria, Syria and Libya).0

You may be able to find a family annual policy that will cover your 20 YO - if he is in full time education.0
