Hi just needing some advice.
I have a credit rating of 844, my income 34,000
my partner has a rating of 999 and income 16,000
two missed payments on a credit card 4 months ago, and a default nearly 5 years ago.
We have a 10% deposit
Would we be able to get a mortgage with everything going on in the market these days?
Regards
Kevin

I should coco
Getting it is one thing and paying it is another.
I would be a bit more modest.
To the OP, if you had deposit money saved up, why did you not may your CC's instead of getting a nasty mark in your credit file?0 -
