Post Office £50 cashback car insurance

Got car insurance with £50 cashback from Post Office. They said they would credit my credit card within 60 days which for me should have been 1st May and I'm still waiting. Phoned them 10 days ago and was given usual bull about them being busy due to popularity of product. They promised to sort it out and e-mail me but…

We tried to insure our car with the Post Office via Quidco but could not access the quote via the Quidco site. Turns out as we already had house insurance with them we were not entitled to the rebate or even the Quidco cashback .

We did find a good deal elsewhere and got Quid cash on that, but feel very disappointed by the Post Office.
