Hi I just wanted to hear from anyone who knows about these initiatives. I'm a key worker and a first time buyer. if anyone is part of one of these schemes can you let me know how it all works - I find it really confusing. I really want to get on the property ladder but the whole getting together a huge deposit disheartens me and wondered about this route.
