It was for a diamante effect halter top (that's what I put in the title).

I put in the description that it had a Chanel label on it but because I'd bought it in Turkey, I wasn't sure if it was genuine - I'm assuming it was this line that got my item pulled.

Anyway, what are the chances of someone reporting me for selling fake Chanel products if I relist it leaving out the bit about Chanel on it???

This is a difficult one, you are obviously being watched and I'm not sure I would chance relisting.

Selling fakes isn't just against ebay rules it is against UK law so the very fact it has a Chanel label is enough to be problematic. That warning is now on your account and if you get too many, or have had any in the past it really affects your selling account. You can check now by going to your seller dashboard and following all the links where it shows what your trading repuation with ebay currently is.

Personally I would charity shop it and let them decide what to do with it.
