Gutted! Fuming! want to murder..AAAAARRRRGGGHHHH

Have had trouble with my listings being wrongly reported to ebay for keyword spamming, some of you you may remember I was selling K shoes croc patent Loafers, it was removed wrongly for the word Croc, it was the name of the shoe.....so relisted as K shoes patent loafers....it was removed for the word loafers:confused: ....got on to Ebay and they wrote and apologised. i also expressed my concern that somebody had it in for me and could they investigate.
Ever since I've triple checked my listings for anything that could be classed as spamming.......I've had a very busy week listing 80+plus stuff as i want to stop Ebay until September, have other commitments...so have been up all hours and worn myself out, housework been neglected, plus its's half term!
Checked my emails 3 from ebay....ist for keyword spamming
New PER UNA M&S Pink Layer Ruffle Floaty Skirt BNWT 14
    keyword M&S:mad:    How crazy is that.!!!!
Then I go to open the 2nd email again for keyword spamming:eek:   I nearly died....someone has reported all the other 80+ items for spamming, they have not said the keyword?????? and Ebay without even looking has removed them.....THERE IS ABSOLUTLELY, TOTALLY 100% NO KEYWORD SPAMMING INVOVLED.

i JUST WANT TO CRY......have been on the phone and they have told me to email and i guess it will be sorted but it doesn't take away all the hours and i mean HOURS/Days of listing and photograpihing and scheduling to end at peak time.
This is someone targetting me....what is the point in relisting if ebay just remove reported listings without checking it out first.
Sorry neede to rant, was maeant to be staying in listing tonight....Hah at least now I can go and get VERY drunk at the pub......GUTTED!!!!
Never put off until tomorrow what you can avoid doing altogether.:D

oh no that's awful! do the closed listing show in your unsold items? as i read something recently that said thats where they would put removed listings from now on so that you didn't have to completely relist the item from scratch.

i have also been reported for keyword spamming even though the word is to do with the item and i have checked the rules and it is allowed! i emailed them about it but they did nothing and i still have the breach on my account according to the new seller dashboard.

i also have a problem with an item i am listing not coming up in searches, its something to do with the new search i think but i can't get through to anyone at ebay about it, just keep getting stupid emails back.

Yes thankfully they are still there but if its not sorted in a rew days I will not be able to relist as I will be unable to post etc as I think i will be away and if not I will be too busy, I planned this so well knowing this is one of the biggest selling weeks for my stuff on ebay...it's looking like it will all have to go in storage till next year....fingers crossed they'll deal with it quickly....only no doubt for the idiot to report me again.....
I know its the person who I reported for stealing my photographs and having the cheek to print their name all over it.....but i can't prove it.......some peole are so sad!!!!!

Perhaps you should ask ebay to investigate the person who reported you? Or you could tell ebay that if they do not act, you will be reporting ebay and the person concerned to plod for stalking/harrassment. I think there may be a case from that angle.
See what ebay say to that?

I'm putting a curse on this person for you. My favourite curse is 'May this person get what they deserve'... Because you get back what you curse three times, and I'm happy to get what I deserve three times (I think i deserve a sweet crib and a flip-painted MR2). but what this person deserves is...
  • Ebay must have some sort of anti git team to takle your stalker !
If I have Offended you. Thats Great :j

well they must come across this all the time....so you would think they would tackle this. Its not difficult for them as 1st ebay removal was for one item. then a few minutes later all my items were removed through one report....so whoever reported it is to blaim........not difficult.....or so you would think...???!!!!!

It is rediculous isn't it . I had a listing that had "as new" in title taken off. How daft.

Well not really , if a buyer needs a NEW item , that is, along the same lines as your AS NEW item , it will come up in the same search whish isnt what the buyer asked for

Either its new , or it isnt

    That is awful, poor you!

Have you thought about setting up a second account so that this person isn't able to find you in the future? Obviously it would mean starting again from scratch without any feedback, but it might be less hassle in the long run?

Not really, my item was "as new condition". If buyer was looking for new item there is an option that lets you search for new or used items(which i obviously would have clicked used) . And most buyers don't write new , they write BNWT or BNWOT.
