Ebay advice - please help!

Hi all-
I bought a second hand Playstation 2 on Ebay exactly 2 weeks ago... I paid straight away with Paypal. The seller had a 100% positive feedback of over 50, so I wasn't too worried about paying. They said they would send the item the following Friday after the Paypal payment cleared to their bank account. This was fine I thought.
However, it's now been over a week since they were supposed to send the item. I allowed a few days because of the bank holiday etc, but during last week I sent them 2 emails checking they had sent the item which they have not replied to. I'm now pretty worried, because I can't afford to lose the £50 I paid for the PS2.

I was wondering if anyone could give me any advice. Should I complain to Ebay or Paypal? Or give the seller more time?
If I have been conned, what are the chances of me getting my money back, and how long would it likely take?

Thanks guys

Yes iI agree pull the contact details and give them a call. The OP has already waited two weeks so can start a claim straight away if necessary and the seller has no seller protection if they waited longer than 7 days to send the item anyway.

I've merged your two threads for clarification.

It isn't up to you to chase the RM for a refund the seller needs to do that. However to protect yourself you do need to put in a paypal chargeback ASAP.

By a paypal chargeback, do you mean report it as item not received on my ebay?
    Thanks...

Not an ebay claim but a paypal claim.Log into paypal and into resolution centre and follow the instructions.
