Best Bank Balance Transfer?

Not sure if this is in the right place. Got a bank account with an overdraft of £1250 and am always at around the £1200 limit. Ive heard that I can transfer this to another bank/credit card and not pay intrest. But can i also transfer it to a credit card and is it really worth doing?

Cos if i was able to pay aload in every month, the intrest for each month would be less. so i guess after paying the transfer fee, i might not even be saving much. if u understand what i mean? Thank you
