Ebay Item returned

Hi guys, just wanted to pick your brains. Ive just sold two of my Pauls Boutique Bag's, the buyer on both accounts was the same person, they paid fine, the actual paypal account was the same but the ebay accounts were different with different addresses. I sent them to both addresses and now they have both been returned, as they were : refused, and the addresse had gone away. What do I do now, the person never answers their emails, they are a bit suspicious to me. Any help would be appreciated. x

you are lucky you have got the bags back if it seemed a bit dodgy.

were they both sent to confirmed addresses?

if you have tried to contact them with no answer then i suppose you will have to refund them and relist the bags

The addresses weren't confirmed, I did actually look one up and one was a the city council office so I got confused.

you are very lucky got the bags back then. as per pm i sent, something very dodgy going on there but since sellers can only leave positive feedback your buyer/s look completely genuine

I would be extremely careful. The same thing happened to me. I sold 2 items but in the the same parcel, and had it returned to me for the same reason. I contacted the buyer who said he couldnt understand the reason. I re-sent them in good faith. He then claimed item not received and opened a dispute. I refunded but depite a return address on the parcel never saw the items again. I am convinced I was conned and really wished I had posted recorded delivery the second time.

Just replying to say now both buyers are unregistered users, wont reply to any of emails.
