Was Sent Two Wrong Foot Shoes??

Hi, I bidded on a pair of shoes from ebay. The seller sent out two right footed shoes and also these two shoes where not of the same design of the pair of shoes I bidded and won on. I emailed seller they said send back shoes and refund will be made, ok I said. The p&p was £3.50 on the listing and I emailed to make sure the extra p&p it would cost me to send shoes back would be refunded. I got an email saying the p&p refund would just be £1.65 as thats what it cost them to post. I am reasonable so I sent back an email explaining I will just accept £2 instead of £3.45 for the refund of p&p as I would have to post and buy parcel paper to pack it in. I got a reply that they are only prepared to pay the £1.65 p&p and want item back before refund. I feel as if I don't know what to do this is ending up going to cost me money for nothing as it was not my fault the shoes where wrong?????????

The seller is totally at fault and you should not be out of pocket by one penny.
I am sure you will be advised on here shortly the procedure to follow

unfortunately paypal would make you send them back at your own cost if it went to a dispute, and you would have to send recorded so it would cost you more than 1.65. i would try to appeal to the sellers better nature as its the only chance of getting anything towards the return postage.

a naughty person would open an item not received dispute if the seller was being unreasonable, but of course im not advising you to do that!
