Neg due any second!!!

I had a few gents fragrance samples which I sold on ebay, everyone happy except one new(ish) buyer. 'Disappointed with this purchase as it seems i've received half a vial full'.
Firstly it's about 3/4 full but that's how they come - they are never full to the top. It's contains 1.5ml. Some of these same size tubes contain 2ml so are a little fuller. Have just tried to explain all this but with the fab new rules on feedback feels like theres a neg coming! :mad:

the new feedback rules seem to have even buyers confused. I've had a 50% drop in feedback being left. Looks like every1 is just too damn scared of getting a neg.0

It's very odd but I've also noticed a drop in feedback being left for me by buyers. maybe ebay have overlooked that some buyers are also sellers, this could be an effective way to boycott their new feedback system.0
