M&S More Credit Card

Hi,
I paid the balance of a holiday with my m&s more credit card. I phoned the holiday company directly and give my card details. A few days later I received a confirmation letter from the company that they had received/taken payment.

This was in March. I have since received my April statement from the m&s and also my May statement and the payment does not show up.

Can anyone tell me that if m&s eventually catch up with this payment not going through how long do they have before legally I do not have to pay it?

I had a similar thing happen and it took 3 months to go through! Debits are sought of earmarked and it's up to the holiday company to put the request in for the money owed:rolleyes:
Unless, there has been a computer malfunction:p Hope that helps a little.

I think there is a time limit for them to put it forward for payment and I think its 12 months, however I don't think that means you wouldn't have to pay, maybe it would be easier just to contact the holiday company, ask them to sort it out and treat as a longer interest free loan.
