I am trying to fill in the form for the Ombudsman (PPI claim) and it is asking for the date I took out my credit card.
It was years ago and I just can't remember.
What do I enter?
It wont let me finish the form if I dont put something in

Call the card issuer and ask them when the account was opened? I know Capital One have the account opening date printed on every statement.0
