Canadian (traveling the world) needs on-the-road travel insurance

Hello, I am a Canadian citizen (from the province of British Columbia) now traveling around the world. I no longer have provincial health insurance from the BC government, or any other form of health insurance in Canada. I am uninsured and traveling. I need to find a comprehensive medical travel insurance provider that doesn't mind the fact I don't have provincial health insurance. World Nomads won't protect me because of this, so they're out. I am mostly interested in emergency medical, 24hour assiatance, and passport/baggage theft. Other coverage like flight cancelleation, and trip delays are unimportant to me. I am young, traveling alone, no Pre-Existing Conditions, and I started my trip in the Spring of 2005. I have been traveling uninsured ever since. I've been lucky so far, and nothing major has happened.

I plan to travel indefinetly for several years to come. I have no intention of returning home to BC, or Canada anytime soon. My trip costs are relatively small as I don't travel like a regular tourist (i.e. I don't stay in hotels, etc...). The "get a quote" system on many travel insurance websites don't work for me as the sheer length of my trip is probably confusing them. So I am writing to you to see how much a monthly cost would be (in total), and from which international travel insurance provider can I expect to do business with?
