Ryanair Help

HI,

I've made a booking for return flights in June but having just checked the confirmation I've misspelt my partners surname! Does anyone know if Ryanair will change this free of charge or will there be a fee, I booked online and theres no indication of a fee only a fee for £80 per flight if booked via call centre! Its only the first letter of the surname, must of been a bit too handy when booking to get the cheap flights!

Give them a call, they should change it for £7 (or for free if they are in a very good mood!) x

You could try the number in Ireland (+353 1 249 7791). AFAIK Monday is not a public holiday in Ireland. Using a discount telecoms provider you shouldn't have to pay more than about 1p/min - see the callchecker on this site. You can also call Ireland for free if you have an inclusive international calls package like TalkTalk International, or using a provider like www.nonoh.net
Let's settle this like gentlemen: armed with heavy sticks
On a rotating plate, with spikes like Flash Gordon
And you're Peter Duncan; I gave you fair warning

Thanks, will update on how I get on, just hope Ryanair will do it for cheap and not the quoted £80 on the website!

Well done, I must admit I feared the worst:beer:
The common law of business balance prohibits paying a little and getting a lot. If you deal with the lowest bidder, it is well to add something for the risk you run, and if you do that you will have enough to pay for something better.
