Bought £100 of m&s vouchers off ebay(buy it now)8 days ago, fairly good price as seller wanted quick sale as he wanted cash in his paypal account to pay for some concert tickets, anyway i emailed him after paying asking if he would send asap as i wanted some for a relatives birthday on wednesday,he said he couldnt as he was away from home and vouchers were at home but he would post friday(yesterday)i agreed, now last night i received email from him saying he forgot to take them to work with him to post but he would post at 3pm after work, but when he got back home he says his puppy had got the envelope and chewed them to a pulp????he said he would refund me within 48 hours,i have contacted him 3 times and no replies,i put a claim in with pp incase he does not refund me,now i think seller just wanted cash and did not have vouchers in first place?he as had my money 8 days now he as no vouchers to send me,do you think i should neg him??as i think this is a lame excuse:mad:

Absolutely, I would. These people can't have it all their own way!
Besides with the new rules you're safe because he can't neg you back.0 -
I was afraid of retalitory feedback, but learned of new rules earlier on,seller has some more items on ebay(not vouchers)and is probably waiting to pay me when these sell,i will neg him but is it best to after refund or now??0
