Over Tesco Balance by £25

Just realised I have exceeded my Tesco CC max balance by £25.
Anyone know:

How much will I be charged?
Anyway I can talk them into not being charged? (never had any charges before)
Whats the quickest way to get cash into the account? (Ive made a bacs payment through RBS digi banking, just wondering if theres a quicker way to clear the balance?)

Pay money (at least £25) into your Tesco CC ASAP. For over-limit fee you will have to look this up on your terms and conditions.

If this is your first time going over the limit then give them a ring and they may be nice enough to refund it (overlimit fee) for you.

Called them up, as long as im not over my limit when my bill is published I will not be charged. Charge would have been £12

Are you sure? They usually charge you £12 on the day you go over your limit and £12 AGAIN if you're still over your limit when you're statement is printed.

You'd therefore need to pay at least £37 to cover the overlimit balance and the first fee... plus any interest you'd normally pay.

Yes - I think you have been misinformed. If you go over your limit at any time during the month , you will be charged an overlimit charge.

Would recommend that you give them a ring and see iof they will accept payment by phone and, if not, what is the best course of action to avoid getting charged.
