Saw it happen in Florida 2 - 2.5 years ago as people think that I am not sellling as I think I should get a certain amount. Glad we got out of florida market quite easily and that we were sensible enough to know about supply and demand. Others who were holding out for their asking price have now seen a drop of $100 - $120k in their properties.0
