Idea to pressure ebay into changing feedback rules

I've been having my own mini protest against the feedback change and have just realised that if more people do it we may be able to cause ebay a re-think.
Since the feedback change announcement was made I have point blank refused to give anyone any kind of feedback. This has resulted in many people e-mailing me asking for feedback, I send them all the same response - 'I'm no longer participating in the feedback system in protest at ebays changes'.
Many of the people asking for feedback are newbies trying to get their account up and running and they have always left me feedback first. (I feel sorry for these guys BTW). Others are the kind of 'OCD feedback hunters' who e-mail me daily wanting to add to their already respectable score.
Now, if all ebay sellers, refused to give positive feedback to all our buyers they would not be very happy, especially if stuck on a low score. In turn we tell them why and tell them if they are not happy speak to ebay. Enough unhappy buyers and ebay will have to listen.
This may have been discussed elsewhere, I have no idea. It was just today that I realised my little protest could work on a larger scale.
I also think this idea might work because we are not all going to go to ebid and getting all sellers to boycott ebay for a week/day is unlikely as many people make a living from the site.
What are the thoughts?

I stopped leaving feedback weeks ago. Took the huff when 1 buyer bought 4 lots of coupons from me said they didn't arrive so I sent another 4 ( signed for each time special delivery the second lot) so I refunded her after reminding her that she had signed for them. She left 4 negatives which sooo annoyed me. So I was £40 down and got 4 negs which with the new feedback took my percentage way down and me in more of a huff.0

Why refund if she'd signed for them?.0 -

I can't see ebid ever catching up with ebay. It is a nice idea but I think it is unrealistic. The only way for anyone to challenge ebay would be if google/msn (or someone else with insane amount of money) started a brand new auction site with loads of publicity and a great website.

Ebid are getting bigger by the day.
Once ebay is flooded with cack from blue chips, and the smaller sellers have defected to ebid/tazbar, ebay could find themselves regretting their actions."Love you Dave Brooker! x"

Because she made such a fuss about it and was particularly nasty. It just seemed easier to refund and make sure she doesn't bid on any more of my auctions. By the way the last time I looked she had over 20 negs.
worst thing she could have done was started a paypal dispute which you would have won if you had proof of delivery
and 2nd worst thing she could do was neg you, which she did anyway0 -

Considering they've been on the go for about 8/9 years they are taking their time about it.
I hope they succeed, but fear they won't.

As you have refunded them, the item is now "unpaid" - why not just open an unpaid item dispute, then hit them with a strike? Or 4 strikes if it is from four listings - and that may be enough to get them "NARU'd" - the negs will be removed, and you will get your fees back.
Still not sure why you refunded if you had proof of delivery though.. That was terribly generous of you, but I fear it will just encourage the buyer to keep trying the same trick again.<--- Nothing to see here - move along --->0
