How about this for an interesting promotional technique?!

eBay.pl in Poland is offering a 5p insertion fee promotion for Polish residents who list on ebay UK. http://aplikacje.ebay.pl/promocjecenowe/

Translates roughly to this.

What?

Registered users will be able to Poland on May 17, 2008 to leave their items on eBay.co.uk for only 5 pens!w. The promotion covers both the items listed in the form of an auction (Auction) and a Buy It Now (Fixed price / Buy it Now).

When?

Promotion will be held on May 17, 2008 from 00:00:01 to 23:59:59 (time)

Given the amount of sales I've had to France and Germany, It would be nice to see a similar offer for UK residents listing abroad.
