I,ll ring them up and say MR Y/B says you,s are da bomb can i perlease have an account. lol..

Y/B i take it then your saying my friend is lying re his + 25 pound, how do you come to that then.. MBNA can like any company make mistakes, as can humans but as i,m a witness to his call and read what he was writing down i,ll say MBNA are lying not my friend.

I'm not saying that at all (how on earth do you draw that conclusion?).

How your account operates is detailed in your account T&C's. If there is confusion, it's down to one of two things...

    1. Your friend was mis-informed.

    2. Your friend mis-understood what was being said to him.

Because there are two of you on this thread stating the same information was given, I'd be inclined to go with the first option.

Without wishing to be disrespectful to front-line CSA's, many of them are merely 'receptionists' these days and probably don't understand MBNA's minimum payment calculation methods. They certainly won't analyse T&C's as closely as stoozers and rate tarts, and some of the younger ones (students on work placements etc) might not even own a credit card!

How about looking after your account online, then you've got as much information as you need and you can check it on a daily basis and not speak to any cleaners or receptionists or people who do security.

I reckon some of the stoozers should run the complaint centres at MBNA as they know so much about the T&Cs...
For what I've done...I start again...And whatever pain may come ...Today this ends... I'm forgiving what I've done -AF since June 2007
