After recently staying at a Premier Inn my brother received a letter stating his card will be charged £50. The charge is for a cleaning bill after a wet patch was found on the mattress, which was a spilled glass of water not a little mishap in the night. He informed reception on checkout of the spill and he was simply told the chambermaids would deal with it. With that in mind is it worth appealing the charge?

Do a chargeback, it is an unauthorised charge to your account & at no time did you agree to it.

    End of story.
