Paypal Withholding Funds.

Hi, I must have been living on another planet as I have just listed 3 items using turbo lister and it says Warning: Paypal may withhold some of your funds? have I missed something to why it should say that.

Thanks

I recently started to get the same message but I was able to withdraw my funds as normal. Just ignore it.

I just listed a new mobile phone (unwanted upgrade) and got the same message. Am a bit confused as it appears they may hold part payment until 21 days without complaint from the buyer - or they give positive feedback. I'm reluctant to post the item if there's a chance they could scam me and claim some cash back for one reason or another. Eeek! What's the protocol here? Not come across this before. Also, just had a question from a Polish buyer - is there some kind of scam operating? He's already bought half a dozen of the same type of phone recently going from his feedback. Do you sell abroad or keep sales to UK?

Do not sell mobiles overseas as you don't get confirmed paypal addresses and Royal Mail will not cover phones over £36 against loss regardless of postal method used.

Yes it was the only message when I hit upload now. It started uploading the listings but the message appeared on all 3 listings whilst uploading.

I won't be a happy bunny if they start holding money for no reason at all.

Its not computer software is it? I listed some the other day & it came up with the message that paypal could hold funds for 7 days in case what I was selling was not genuine!

Funnily enough with computer software, you can only accept paypal! It just gets worse!

No, its computer hardware. I'll see how it goes once they have sold.
