Non performing seller?

Won item 07/05/08, listing stated local pick up only.

1) Contact details from ebay... phone number not available
2) Message via ebay for contact details... said they were moving house, mobile phone number given.
3) Ring mobile phone number to arrange collection of item on Sunday,(long journey, but I knew that when I bid) Seller says,"will check out price for delivery tomorrow, Monday and let you know"
4) No contact, no email, no messaging...... requested invoice for total price including delivery. No response.
5) Sent message today re pick up or delivery and as yet, no response.

I get the feeling I'm being tossed around somewhat, they have sold, and still have other items for sale (due to emigration)

Sooooo, suggestions please, or do I just do a non performing seller thingy?
