Its normally better to submit a written complaint via letter sent recorded delivery.
I cant remember the exact address but it's something like;
O2 Complaint review service

LS11
The full correct address can be found on the back of your bill, they do have a phone number which they can be contacted on but i cant remember that either.
Do a quick search on www.saynoto0870.co.uk contact the switchboard and ask for complaints.
