Different contract to one ordered
Looking for a bit of guidance here. Ordered 2 3 phones on the onestop phoneshop.co.uk website Sunday 3rd Sept. Deal was £2.99 for 11 months so cost about £70 for the year. Website stated free next day delivery. After 4 days contaced them to find out what was happening and the phones arrived the next day. Gleefully opened the phones and got them working. After a couple of days noticed on the paperwork that the contract was 9 months@£3.99 per month. Total cost £170. Contacted them by E-mail. No reply after 2 days so rang them up. Was told that if between ordering the phones and delivery the phone contract changes they have the right to change the conract!!. I stated that the web site stated next day delivery but the operator stated that if you had ordered by phone you would have got the phone at the price stated, as I booked on the web the 5 days was for a credit check as my kids could have placed the order on my credit card.?
As the phone has now been used I will probably be charged heavily if I return it within the 14 days cooldown period. I am tempted to take this to the top as this situation could have happened to other customers. Your thoughts ?

Onestopphoneshop are not known to have the best customer services.
It sounds to me that you have had the phones for a few days. If you can not get it sorted by the 10th day, and you are not prepared to pay the new 9 months@£3.99 per month, save yourself a lot of hassle and just return them.0
