Breached Copyright and had listing removed

Sorry haven't had time to search for this problem, cos I am in a mad panic.

Just received this message from ebay ''Thank you for your recent auction-style listing on eBay. Unfortunately, your item(s) breached one or more of our policies and had to be removed from the site. Any associated fees have been credited to your account and any bidders on this item have been notified.''

I understand exactly what I have done wrong, BUT my item ended yesterday AND I received payment and despatched item today BEFORE I saw the message.

Obviously my buyer will have been notified of this, but does this have any ramification to me - ie me losing the product and the money ????

Please tell me ...

nah should be fine,though i would email the buyer to let them know you despatched the item
