eBay Pulled My Listing Due To "Copyright Violation" - Way To Contact Them?

eBay keep pulling my listing for a product because it "breaches copyright". It does no such thing, and now I've had to do a "seller tutorial" to list anything else, and i'm worried i'm gonna get suspended (i've listed about 5 of these).
How do I contact them to tell them that the item does NOT break ANY copyright laws?
HALP!

It may not be a breach of copyright in the "it's a fake" sense, but more in the sense that you do not have a distribution licence to sell the item. This is becoming more and more common as manufacturers will only allow certain people to sell their products, and can get quite shirty when somebody offers them on ebay for less than the RRP.<--- Nothing to see here - move along --->0

eBay have various way of you contacting them, including one of those widgets where you talk to an advisor through your browser - the details are hidden away in their site, but they are there...
...however, in cases such as this, you may well find it hard to convince them of your innocence. I have had listings pulled several times, and eBay are rarely on the side of the seller in these cases. They can afford to ban you if you persist in listing these items, as they have millions of registered sellers making them money all over the world, so BE CAREFUL.No signature here. Move along please.0 -
It's a PSP Pandora battery - which lets you flash the firmware. What you do once you've flashed the firmware is up to you...
Tons of sellers put 'em on eBay - I think a rival seller is reporting mine as even when I steal his listing mine still get removed.
I emailed eBay (live help said "email our trust department I wont help") and got this response:
"Dear {username},
Thank you for writing eBay in regard to a removed listing.
We have reviewed the information that you provided, as well as the
information on file. We have determined that the action taken in this
case was appropriate.
Your listing was removed from eBay because it violated eBay's Mod Chips,
Game Enhancers, and Boot Discs policy. All fees related to the listing
have been credited to your account.
Mod chips, game enhancers, and boot discs enable domestic video game
consoles to play back-up or imported versions of video games, which is
an infringement of the content owner's copyright. For this reason, sales
of these devices is not permitted on eBay.
For more details about this policy, please visit:
http://pages.ebay.com/help/policies/mod-chips.html
***Important***
Please do not relist the item on eBay. Keep in mind that repeated
listings of infringing items could lead to the suspension of your eBay
account.
Thank you for your time.
Sincerely,
Dermot

I just took his (incredibly sparse) text and moved some words around (and added some other &'s and then's etc) to make sure that my listing wouldn't set off any word filters that his didn't.
I'm not really "stealing" his listing.Nothing I say represents any past, present or future employer.0 -
no, you are.
i could steal the mona lisa, draw on a tash and make it look like she's wearing a nine inch nails t-shirt. it's still stealing, it's just you're trying to hide it.helpful tips
