I wonder if anyone here can gie me some advice on moving to the states with my family. I wont have t worry about a work permit as i work offshore and i want to buy a place on the East Coast. Can anyone tell me how and where to start and the time scale involved?

But you will have to worry about going in and out of the US on a tourist visa which is only valid for 90 days at a time. My understanding is that you can't just go offshore or to an adjacent country to get the 90 days "reset". It may just depend on how the immigration officer is feeling that day but get it wrong and you will have trouble getting in forever after.

You told me again you preferred handsome men but for me you would make an exception.
