Easyjet Flights

Hi

I am just about to book some flights but i am a little confused by all these additional charges! £10 per hold bag, is this what you take on board ie hand luggage? Sorry! Not as simple as it used to be!

Thank you for your help in advance

Can people not a) do a search and/ or b) understand what the 'hold' is?

lawstudie83, where is the hold on the plane? Work that out and it should be self explanatory ...

No hold luggage is simply that, luggage that goes in the hold of an aircraft and thats what you will need to pay for.Hand luggage you carry onboard is free.

Was there really any need to be patronising? For someone who a does not use the internet much and b has only flown once years ago it is diffcult to get your head around these things. Hence the reason i used this forum, for some help!

    Hi,

You'll only be able to take one piece of hand luggage on board (per person) - size of bag in the following link

    http://www.easyjet.co.uk/EN/Planning/baggage.html

Depends how long you're going for, if we're going for a weekend trip we normally just take hand luggage and travel sized toiletries in a clear bag.
If you're going for longer than than you'll need to pay for extra hold baggage to fit everything in :)

    Have a good trip

    K :)

That seems to contradict your previous posts, which show you have flown twice in the last twelve months!

You have been a member of MSE for a long time, I am sure that the search facility is not beyond you by now.

why not give the rude responses a rest dmg24, perhaps you could let others help with answers instead of your very regular search facility rant.

if you find the question tiresome then dont answer it,

Perhaps people could start helping themselves rather than expecting to be spoonfed?

If you find my responses tiresome then don't reply to them!

    Danielle

i to was going to reply to your post to help you, then i saw the above post, and i have also noted that you have flown twice in the past 12 months.

And you have very good knowledge on the fast lane at liverpool airport, so i'm sure that you would be clued up on the, luggage allowance and the rest.

Whilst i dont mind helping people out, i don't like it when people ask a question, and lie in it.

but isn't this site all about helping people:confused: if someone is confused no matter how daft the question we help them.

sometimes people just like a bit of reasurance from others

There is a big difference between people needing help and information, and people just being spoonfed.

If a newbie comes along and asks a common question, then it makes sense that they may not have seen the search function. If someone who has been a member since 2006 asks the same question, then it just implies laziness.

Even if they did not know how to use the search function on MSE, I would be amazed if anyone did not know of Google. A two second search on Google would have got them the answer they required. However some people would rather have someone else do all the work for them.

spoonfed, lazy, honest dmg24 you really do need to take a break from moneysavingexpert

you can twist and squirm with the answers like you have just posted, but that does not hide your repeated rudeness to posters because you do not like the question being asked

whats wrong with other posters reading about the difference in hold and hand luggage, who do not already know the answer, perhaps you could let the forum run how its meant to with posters helping each other, without you being rude
