in Credit cards
Hi all, We are letting our UK house for holiday lets while we are in France, we are registered with Paypal but someone has asked if they can pay by credit card. Is this possible/worth setting up as there will only be a few payments a year. Any other ideas?

I doubt it would be worth the setup costs. Unless perhaps setup a Paypal payment system through a website and then you could but abit messyHelp me to help you :santa2:0

You can upgrade your Paypal account to allow credit card payments (it's called a Premier account) which doesn't cost anything in itself, but you lose a percentage of any credit card payments to Paypal, can't remember how much but have a feeling it's around 3%. So you might want to add on a surcharge if they want to pay you by credit card.0

Also google checkout which is cheaper (1.5%) unless you have a huge monthly turnover. For either of these options you don't need an online shop, you can just send out an email 'invoice' which the correspondent can pay with a credit card.I think....0

Thanks, I will check out these options.0
