Synch tool for mobile phones

Hi, just wondering if there is a tool which lets different brand of mobiles synchronise to each other so that I don't have to type in all my contact details one by one.
I have a sony ericson k810i and have just upgraded to nokia n95, I know that I can bluetooth them over, but this has to be done one at a time and is tedious.
I've also thought about using the sim card to transfer them, but again some of my contacts are saved on sim and some on phone, so doing this won't get the full quota.

I imported mine into Outlook. All the software suites seem to support Outlook Contacts.0
