Setting up a sky router from cd

A family member of mine is trying to setup her sky router from cd but shes told me shes having problems, im not sure what problems but does she need to use the cd, has anyone set the router up and got it working, ive found a site which may help, ill consult the site and post back if ive got any problems

In *theory* it should work pretty much out of the box. Even the ADSL username/password are normally preloaded with Sky.

Just spoken to her and she couldnt access the internet but she uninstalled zonealarm and she can now access the internet, do you ahve to use theyre routerNo Links in Signature by site rules - MSE Forum Team 20

I just got new sky internet when i plugged it in zone alarm came up saying new network make sure its allowed in. The cd is just a installation guide.0
