it's possible by code, alternatively buy a nec usb data cable, modify it and use the unlocking programtiscali have unbundled my line, and iptv is available on my exchange, hello fair usage policy, hello congestion.0

You can get a data cable
for about £10.00 and flashing software is found on any mobile site just do a goolge0 -
